We ship directly to you from warehouses in Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne. There is also store pickup option. If you would like an all inclusive quote to your door call us on 1800 203 466 and our staff will be more than happy to answer all your questions. Alternatively, use the ''estimate shipping" button during the order process. For most deliveries we use Star Track Express (or their affiliate) wherever possible. Please indicate any special requests (eg. call before delivery) in your order.
Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days, however due to unusual circumstances (such as public holidays, carrier disputes and natural disaster) we cannot always achieve this. In any event, you will be kept up-to-date in the Members section.
After your order has been dispatched, you can trace its progress online using the Star Track Express Track and Trace feature. Simply enter your tracking number from the Order Status section of our website and you can see the estimated date of arrival and the location of your goods at any time.
Couriers will not (and cannot) carry heavy items up stairs or inside your house/unit. If you have many stairs, or the item needs to be moved around inside your house/complex, you will need to make your own arrangements for this. Couriers deliver to a ground-level door (this is not our policy, but the courier's!).
If no-one can be home to sign for delivery (eg. you're away at work Mon-Fri), please make alternative arrangements directly with the courier company, such as:
· ask a family member or friend to be there to accept delivery,
· get it delivered to a neighbour, who is home, then collect it from them after hours
· specify a date you can be home to accept delivery,
· get it redirected to your work address or a friend’s work address
· provide a “permission to leave” – this is written permission for the courier to leave the item in a safe location (eg. on the side veranda, or in the garage) without a signature.
Please Note: Any large items (over 30kg) must have someone at the drop off address to help unload the item, if nobody is home, the item will be returned to Star Tracks depo and the customer will have to pick it up from the Star Track facility at their own cost. If a delivery has been sent and you have not made prior arrangements, the item will be taken back to Star Track depo and the customer will have to pick it up at their own cost.
Returns
No returns will be accepted unless you have an RA [return authorization number]
If returning an opened box, a 25% restocking fee applies.
If the returned item was not opened, the 25% restocking fee will not apply, must be in original packaging.
For a return with an RA [return authorization number] the cost of the item will only be credited. The shipping costs will be your responsibility and will not be credited.
You must take insurance on any goods returned at your expense and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returns are subject to Aussie Fitness inspection for damaged goods. Goods missing parts will not be accepted for return.
Payments
