Beta Blast is a supplement source of Beta-Alanine, which is a naturally occuring Amino Acid used by the body in the manufacture of Carnosine. Carnosine increases training intensity and speeds up recovery by the reduction of Cortisol production. Carnosine also buffers Hydrogen Ions (H+) leading to the reduction of muscular acidity. This results in increased training efficiency, less muscle fatigue, increased muscle endurance and strength.

Suggested Usage:

2 Capsules take 3 times daily. Should be consumed at least 1 hour before or after protein meals.
