The use of carbohydrates to assist creatine transport within

fructose, a carbohydrate which aids the more efficient transportation of

DIRECTIONS
5g = 1 level teaspoon
HEAVY LOADING - Take 20 -
30g per day (in divided doses) for 4 - 6 weeks.
LIGHT LOADING - Take 20 -
30g per day (in divided doses) for 5 days followed by 5 grams per day for 30
days.
POWER ENERGY - Take 5g
