Q: Does on-line shipping include setup?
A: No, setup is not included with your shipping charge for on-line orders. All of our equipment comes flat-packed in a box(s) with all the tools and instructions necessary to build it. If you still aren't confident, please contact us and we will try to put you in contact with a local gym installer.

A: Aussie Fitness was established in 2006 and has grown to become one of the largest specialist online fitness retailers in Australia. We now employ over 30 fit and healthy Australians in all aspects of our business.

Q: Do you provide shipping all across Australia?
A: Yes, we provide shipping Australia wide by Australia Post on small accessories and supplements and Star Track Express for large items. 

Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?
A: No. Unfortunately due to contracts with suppliers, we only sell our products within Australia at this time. 

Q: How much does shipping cost? 
A: Shipping for fitness equipment or supplements is calculated in your shopping cart. Also, you can get a cost estimate on any product page by entering your postcode into our shipping estimator. 

Q: How long do deliveries take? 
A: Generally deliveries will be made within 1-10 business days. Depending on where you live and which warehouse your order is shipped from, this time varies. Australia is a BIG country so please be patient. 

Q: Do I have to be home to accept the delivery? 
A: Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery. If you are unable to be home, please leave instructions on with order as to where you would like your it left. Otherwise, you can collect it from your nearest depot or post office. 

Q: When will my order be delivered? 
A: Deliveries are completed Monday through Friday. After your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details so you can see when it should arrive. 

Q: How will I know when my product is being delivered?
A: You can track your item online to see when it will be delivered. If you are not home when the courier comes and you have not left instructions on a secure place to leave your item, they will leave a note on your door and the package will be left at the nearest depot or post office for pick up.
