Smaller items such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and accessories arrive ready to use, while larger equipment like racks, benches, and machines will require assembly. Yes, deliveries require a signature unless you give Authority to Leave. If you’re not home, your items will head to your local depot or post office for pickup.
