Australia Wide Shipping

We ship equipment Australia wide every weekday from our Sunshine Coast Warehouse.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address. We work with a range of freight partners so customers across Australia can access fair and competitive shipping rates, regardless of postcode.

Please note that freight companies are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Ordering Multiple Items

If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate deliveries. This simply
means we’ve sent items as soon as they were ready, rather than holding your order back waiting for everything to arrive together.

You’ll only pay for shipping once, there are no extra charges if your order is sent in multiple shipments.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of the items being shipped. Larger commercial or bulk orders may require delivery scheduling, and our team will contact you directly if needed.

Delivery Access

Most deliveries are made to a safe and easily accessible area at your address, such as a front entrance, garage, or driveway. The exact drop-off location is determined by the
driver based on access and safety.

If your delivery requires extra handling, for example carrying items upstairs or through tight access areas, please contact us before dispatch so we can help organise a suitable delivery option.

You can also leave delivery notes at checkout to help the driver locate your property or access point.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Tracking information is sent once your order has been dispatched. Many freight companies send automated delivery updates by email or SMS.

As deliveries are completed through third-party carriers, drivers may not always call prior to arrival. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier will normally attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for the next step.

Customers are responsible for disposing of packaging and pallets after delivery.

Large & Heavy Equipment

Heavier items are delivered using pallet freight. These deliveries are typically made to ground level only, such as a driveway or building entrance, depending on access.

For safety reasons, drivers are generally unable to move equipment inside or assist with setup. If you require installation or specialised delivery, we can help arrange this prior to dispatch.

Regional & Remote Deliveries

While most areas receive direct delivery, some regional or remote locations may require collection from a local freight depot. If this applies to your order, the carrier will contact you with collection details.

Local Delivery (Sunshine Coast Area)

We also offer local delivery throughout the Sunshine Coast region, starting from $49.

Local delivery pricing varies depending on the size and weight of the items, as well as the delivery suburb. Where local delivery is available, this option will appear at checkout, or our team may contact you to arrange the most suitable delivery option.

Warehouse Collection

You’re welcome to collect your order from our Buderim Warehouse by arrangement.
