General Care

To maintain performance and ensure your warranty remains valid, please follow the recommended care guidelines below.

  • Equipment must be kept in a dry, indoor environment
  • Exposure to moisture or water may result in voided warranty
  • Regular maintenance helps extend the lifespan and performance of your equipment
  • We recommend professional servicing every 12 months

If you notice any issues upon delivery, please notify our team within 48 hours so we can assist promptly.

Daily & Weekly Maintenance

To keep your equipment performing at its best:

  • Wipe down frames, upholstery, and handles after use
  • Use a clean, damp cloth — avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners
  • Keep equipment free from dust, sweat, and chalk build-up
  • Ensure surrounding areas are clean to prevent debris entering moving parts

Strength & Plate-Loaded Machines

(Smith Machines, Cable Machines, Leg Press, Functional Trainers, etc.)

  • Regularly check and tighten bolts, nuts, and fixings
  • Inspect cables and pulleys for wear or fraying
  • Ensure guide rods and moving parts are kept clean and lightly lubricated
  • Do not overload beyond recommended weight limits
  • Avoid dropping loaded bars or sleds aggressively

Bars, Plates & Accessories

  • Wipe down after use to prevent rust or corrosion
  • Store plates on racks to avoid damage or warping
  • Apply a light oil to barbells periodically (if required)
  • Avoid excessive dropping on hard surfaces

Flooring & Mats

  • Sweep or vacuum regularly
  • Clean with mild detergent and water only
  • Allow to fully dry before use
  • Avoid dragging heavy equipment across surfaces

Storage & Environment

  • Store equipment indoors only
  • Avoid exposure to humidity, rain, or direct sunlight
  • Keep away from corrosive environments (e.g. coastal salt air where possible)
