Shipping and Delivery
If your order subtotal is $199.00 or more and is to be delivered in selected areas of:
- Greater Brisbane
- South East Queensland
- Bundaberg, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns
- Greater Sydney
- Gosford, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Ballina, Coffs Harbour, Lismore
- Greater Melbourne and Geelong
- Adelaide Metro
You may qualify for FREE delivery on your entire order!
If you fall outside of our free delivery areas the delivery cost will be calculated for your order by our shopping cart for your convenience. Orders over 400kg will still attact a freight charge. Should shipping costs be much higher than you expected, please make an inquiry and we may be able to find a better rate by quoting manually.
We do have some express delivery options available as well if you require your order urgently however these are excluded from the free delivery offer. Please note that the express service refers to the method in which your order will be shipped, this does not indicate that the dispatch times will change as online purchases are processed in the order in which they are received.
Once your order leaves our warehouse in QLD, transit times will vary depending on the destination of your order and the method which it was shipped, however most orders will generally be delivered within 1 and 10 business days. Examples of Approximate Transit Times:
- Brisbane: 1 to 2 Business Days
- Sydney: 1 to 3 Business Days
- Melbourne: 2 to 4 Business Days
- Adelaide: 3 to 5 Business Days
- Perth: 5 to 6 Business Days
- Hobart: 5 to 6 Business Days
- Darwin: 6 to 8 Business Days
All delivery time frames are approximate and are subject to variables outside of our control. If you have a specific delivery deadline please contact us and we will make arrangements with you wherever possible to meet your requirements.
While we endeavour to ensure goods are in stock at the time of order, where we cannot supply due to unforeseen circumstances we will apply the following policy:
- In the event that we run out of stock of an item/s you have ordered, the out of stock item/s will automatically be placed on back order and the rest of your order will be shipped immediately. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the out of stock item/s so that you may choose to cancel, exchange, or wait for these items to arrive back into stock so they can be shipped to you.
- If we cannot guarantee goods will be in stock within 5 business days, we will contact you via the contact details you have provided. We will attempt to contact you for 5 business days, after which without success we will at our discretion hold your order for up to 5 more business days until stock arrives. Alternatively, or following this period we will ship your order without the unavailable item(s) or cancel your order, both with the applicable refund. Where contact is successful, we will accept your preference to hold or proceed with your order.
If the driver attempts to deliver your order and nobody is home and you have given Authority to Leave, you will be required to pick up from the freight companies depot. Alternatively, we can arrange a re-delivery however this will cost between $15 to $35 depending on the size of your order, and carrier.
Important Delivery Information:
Please also note that some larger items and pallets MUST have someone home to help unload as due to OH&S regulations courier drivers cannot lift items over 25kg on their own. You may opt for a tail drop delivery which will attract an additional $80.00, please contact us to arrange this.
All residential deliveries are classified as a curb side deliveries, i.e. the drivers responsibility mostly stops when the goods are off the truck in the closest location to your premises. Please do not expect them to carry your heavy items into your home or premises or upstairs. All Re Deliveries will be charged a fee of between $10.00 to $30.00, which you will be responsible for, and it must be paid before this is actioned.
Please note that drivers cannot call prior to delivery as they do not have work mobile phones, and every delivery is different in time expectation, which makes it difficult to stay on schedule.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. As such we recommend you use a business address or an address where you, or someone you designate, will be available to sign for your delivery.
Alternatively, you can give Authority to Leave (permission for your parcel/s to be left somewhere near the front door) on your parcel/s. If you have requested a signature upon delivery and no one is available to sign, your parcel/s will be taken back to the depot and a card will be left to organse alternative arrangements. If no signature has been requested, at the discretion of our courier services the parcel/s may be left at the given address in a safe spot, or taken to the depot and a card left to organise alternative arrangements. ATL Authority to leave is not recommended for items over $50.00 in value, if you do so, you do at your own risk.
We have accounts with several national delivery companies including (but not limited to): AusPost, Direct Freight, Couriers Please, Fastways and TNT to deliver our products around Australia. The services available and used for your order will depend on the destination, size, and weight of the items and delivery time frame.
PO Box & Parcel Locker Deliveries
Some orders we are unable to deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker due to restrictions put in place by Australia Post on parcel sizes:
- Maximum Parcel Length: 105cm
- Maximum Parcel Girth: 105cm
- Maximum Parcel Weight: 22kg
If you provide us with a PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery address and we are unable to deliver your order to it, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
Currently we do not ship to New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Papua New Guinea. We are able to deliver to other locations around the world by request. Please contact us if you have an International delivery requirement.
Pre Ordered Items
Items that are listed on our site as Pre-Order will automatically be placed on back order. All other items in these orders will be shipped, and when the back ordered item becomes available we will send it separately. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the back ordered items so that you may choose to cancel, exchange, or wait for these items to arrive back into stock.
Short Deliveries & Damage To Packaging:
When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive & look for any damage to the packaging. It is noted on the carrier's delivery note, the number of boxes you should receive. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrier's delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature. Damage to packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. You must cross out "delivered in good condition" from the carrier's delivery note. It is very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order & that the packaging was in good condition.
Any short delivery of boxes must be reported to Aussie Fitness within 72 hours of signing. Neither Aussie Fitness nor the delivering carrier can be held responsible for short deliveries or damages to packaging if you do not note them on your delivery note. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty. The customer is asked to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery & notify us of any fault or damage within seven (7) days of delivery. If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
