How To Use

Pre-Application

For the best results, clean and dry the nose first. Moisturiser, zinc and other such products can impact the adhesion.

Placement

Place the strip just under the bridge of your nose. An easy way to find the right spot is to run a finger down the side of your nose — you will feel where the bone ends and becomes soft cartilage. Right where the nose feels soft is where you want to place your strip, so we can open the nasal passages most effectively.

Removal

Body Templ BLACK nasal flow strips have athletic-grade adhesion. For the smoothest removal, using warm water is recommended. Please be mindful to remove slowly, as opposed to quickly ripping them off.
