Who is the GymKing 24kg for, and who should go bigger?
One pair of GymKing 24kg Adjustable Dumbbells replaces 12 pairs of fixed dumbbells, with weights from 2kg to 24kg in 2kg increments. Instead of storing 24 individual dumbbells on a traditional dumbbell rack, each GymKing adjustable dumbbell takes up just 369mm x 192mm in its adjustment base. A floor stand is also included, giving you a complete, space-saving dumbbell setup without the need for a full-size dumbbell rack.
The 24kg adjustable dumbbells are the lightest and most compact option in the GymKing range, making them ideal for home gyms, beginners, and anyone who uses up to 24kg for most dumbbell exercises. With 2kg increments, you can easily progress through exercises such as shoulder presses, chest presses, rows, lunges, curls and Romanian deadlifts.

How to use and look after adjustable dumbbells
Always change weight with the dumbbell sitting in its base. Twist the handle to the number you want, check both ends read the same, then lift straight up. The change takes a couple of seconds, so you can go from 20kg presses to 8kg lateral raises without walking to a rack.
Don't drop them. A fixed dumbbell shrugs off a fall onto rubber flooring; an adjustable one has a selector mechanism, and a drop can bend a plate or jam it. Wipe the handles after training, keep chalk and dust out of the base, and check the plates sit flat every few weeks.
