GymKing Commercial FID Utility Bench
The GymKing Commercial FID Utility Bench is a heavy-duty adjustable bench for commercial gyms, PT studios and serious home gyms. The backrest adjusts through 12 positions from -10° decline to 90° upright, the seat through 3 positions from 0° to 20°, and the frame is rated to 363kg (800lbs) including the user.
When you need the floor space back, lift the knurled handle to roll it away on the built-in transport wheels, or stand it upright on its storage stand against a wall.

Attachments: the Bench Attachment Base must be fitted first. It bolts onto the bench and is required for the leg extension/curl, preacher curl attachment and preacher curl pad.
FID stands for Flat, Incline and Decline. This bench moves between all three, plus a 90° upright position for seated shoulder pressing.
How much weight can the bench support?
The bench has a maximum total weight capacity of 363 kg, which includes your body weight and any additional weights being lifted. The maximum recommended user weight is 159 kg.
What are the adjustment angles?
The backrest has 12 positions: -10° and -5° decline, 0° flat, 5° incline, then 20° to 80° in 10° steps and 90° upright. The seat has 3 positions: 0°, 10° and 20°.
How does the bench adjust?
It uses a ladder-style adjustment with a comfortable PVC release handle, so you can change the backrest angle quickly between sets.
How do I move and store it?
Lift the knurled chrome handle to engage the transport wheels and roll the bench. It can also stand upright on its built-in storage stand, taking up a 447 x 740mm footprint against a wall.
Does the bench include attachments?
No. Attachments are sold separately. The Bench Attachment Base must be fitted first; it bolts onto the bench and provides the mounting point for the Leg Extension/Curl, Preacher Curl Attachment and Preacher Curl Pad. The Bench PACKAGE includes the bench and all attachments.
