GymKing M75 Adjustable Rack Docking Bench

The GymKing M75 Rack Docking Bench is a heavy-duty flat bench that docks to your M75 rack, so it stays put when you press heavy. One end has a perforated docking plate that locks to the rack, and the other has transport wheels so you can roll it in and out. A height-adjustable twin foam roller on its own post lets you anchor your legs for core and posterior chain work.

• Docks to the M75: perforated docking plate locks the bench to the rack so it won't slide during heavy sets
• Commercial flat bench: thick padded seat on a box-section steel frame
• Adjustable roller pad: twin foam rollers on a height-adjustable post with pop pin
