The GymKing M75 Knee Holder keeps you anchored for heavy lat pulldowns and high-cable pulls. Two thick foam rollers on a steel frame hold your thighs down, so you can pull with full force without lifting off the seat. It locks in with an L-pin, so it goes on and comes off in seconds.
