GymKing M75 Multi Functional Monolift Arms

The GymKing M75 Monolift Arms let you unrack and re-rack a loaded barbell without walking it out or needing a spotter. A left and right catch mount to the M75 uprights, with rotating arms that swing in to take the bar and out of the way once you've stepped back to lift. Ideal for heavy squats, bench press and overhead pressing on your own.

• Locking knobs: hold the arms in position
• Rubber bumpers: cushion the bar and protect the finish
• Rack liners: protect the M75 uprights where the catches mount
