GymKing X3 Multi Functional Jammer Arms Attachment

The GymKing X3 Jammer Arms add plate-loaded pressing and pushing to your X3 Pro. A left and right pushing arm mount to the X3 frame on brackets and are tied together by a connecting frame for stability. Load plates for chest press, shoulder press, rows, shrugs and explosive athletic work, and use the included dip handles and plate storage rods to get more from the same attachment.
