How to Adjust Your Dumbbell

Using your GymKing adjustable dumbbell is quick and easy:

1. Place the dumbbell securely into its storage base.
2. Rotate the handle until your preferred weight is selected.
3. Continue turning until the mechanism locks into position.
4. Check the selected weight before lifting the dumbbell from the base.

If the handle doesn't rotate smoothly, avoid forcing it. Return the dumbbell to the base and ensure the weight plates are correctly aligned before trying again.
