The GymKing 40kg Adjustable Dumbbell with Rack is a pair of twist-handle adjustable dumbbells that run from 2kg to 40kg in 2kg steps, each sitting in its own storage base, with a floor stand included. That's 20 weights per hand with no rack of fixed dumbbells to house, so it suits garage gyms, spare rooms and apartments where a full rack won't fit. Aussie Fitness Equipment sells them from our Buderim showroom on the Sunshine Coast and ships them Australia-wide.

Who is the GymKing 40kg for, and is it more than you need?
One pair of GymKing 40kg Adjustable Dumbbells replaces 20 pairs of fixed dumbbells, with weights from 2kg to 40kg in 2kg increments. Instead of storing 40 individual dumbbells on a traditional dumbbell rack, each GymKing adjustable dumbbell takes up just 447mm x 192mm in its adjustment base. A floor stand is also included, giving you a complete, space-saving dumbbell setup without the need for a full-size dumbbell rack.
The 40kg adjustable dumbbells are the heaviest option in the GymKing range, making them ideal for experienced lifters or anyone wanting plenty of room to progress. The higher weight capacity is particularly useful for heavier exercises such as dumbbell bench press, shoulder press, bent-over rows, goblet squats and Romanian deadlifts.
If you don’t need the full 40kg capacity, the GymKing 32kg Adjustable Dumbbells offer the same 2kg weight increments with a lower maximum weight. For lighter training or a more compact option, the GymKing 24kg Adjustable Dumbbells may be all you need.
