GymKing Roller Pad for GK-6000, GK-7000 & X3 Pro

The GymKing Roller Pad is a thick 600mm foam roller on a steel bar that pins across the two long spotter arms of your rack. Set it low to anchor your feet or knees, or higher as a padded hold-down, so you can add movements that need something solid to brace against without bringing in another bench.

Key Features

• Thick foam roller: 125mm diameter x 600mm pad
• Fits across the spotter arms: a fixing frame at each end hooks onto the long spotter arms
• Quick to move: L spring pins lock each end, so you can change height in seconds
• Use it to anchor sit-ups, Nordic curls, hip thrusts and reverse hypers, or as a padded knee hold-down
