A: No, all items arrive flat-packed with tools and easy instructions. Need help? We can connect you with a local installer to get you sorted.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Usually 1–10 business days, depending on your location and warehouse stock. Australia’s a big place, thanks for your patience while your gear hits the road!

Q: Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

A: Yes, deliveries require a signature unless you give Authority to Leave. If you’re not home, your items will head to your local depot or post office for pickup.

Q: How will I know when my order is on the way?

A: You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. You can check its progress anytime, and if you miss the driver, they’ll leave a card with pickup details.
