LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer Local Delivery starting from $49 - straight to your door!
ONLINE ORDERS
We make it easy to get your gear fast.
To check shipping costs, just pop your items in the cart and enter your postcode in the Shipping Estimate Calculator.
Most regular-sized orders (under 22 kg and 1.2 m) leave our warehouse within two business days via your preferred courier or Australia Post. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm and usually need a signature.
If no one’s home, a card will be left for re-delivery or depot pickup (extra charges may apply).
If you’d rather not wait around, you can give Authority to Leave (ATL) but for anything over $50, we recommend having someone there to sign, just to keep it safe.
Customers are responsible for any costs related to undeliverable or returned parcels.
CLICK AND COLLECT / IN STORE PICK UP
Want to skip shipping? You can collect your order from any Aussie Fitness Equipment store or, with prior arrangement, from our warehouses in Buderim/ Maroochydoore.
Once your order’s ready, we’ll email you the details. Items are held for 7 days after notification, easy as that.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Heavier gear (over 22 kg) travels via freight carrier.
A few quick notes:

Drivers don’t call ahead (they’re on the road all day).

Deliveries are kerbside only - someone must be there to assist.

Due to OH&S rules, drivers can’t lift over 25 kg or carry items upstairs/inside.
Please allow up to 10 business days for freight deliveries.
FREE SHIPPING
Some products include free shipping across most Australian metro areas (excluding Darwin).
If you’re in a rural or remote location, we’ll let you know if extra charges apply.
Please note: Weight plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, and chrome bars aren’t eligible for free shipping.
All online orders are drop-off only - assembly not included. Please contact us for local assembly.
CHECKING YOUR DELIVERY
When your gear arrives:
- Count all boxes and inspect for any visible damage before signing.
- Note any missing or damaged boxes on the driver’s paperwork (cross out “delivered in good condition” if needed).
- Report missing boxes within 72 hours and any faults or damage within 7 days.
We can’t take responsibility for issues not reported within these timeframes, so a quick check at delivery time is worth it.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We get it, sometimes things don’t go to plan.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll sort it out. Just make sure to get approval from us before sending anything back.
To qualify for a return:

Include proof of purchase

Return the item in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals

Cover freight and packaging costs (unless we’ve approved a fault-related return)
A 10% restocking/repacking fee may apply for opened or repackaged items.
For major faults, we’ll cover reasonable return freight.
You’re not eligible for a refund if you:

Change your mind or find it cheaper elsewhere

Choose the wrong size or colour
-
Damage the item after delivery

Knew about a fault before purchase
We always aim to be fair and helpful, but Aussie Fitness reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
