H2O Fitness
The H2O Fitness rowing machines are aptly named by manufacturer Healthcare International. The key feature in every model is the Hydro-Power Drive System. Unlike other rowing machines, the H20 brand does not use weights or bands to create resistance; the resistance comes from pushing through the water, similar to rowing a boat on a lake. As of 2011, there are four models of H2O rowers available. Talk to your doctor before beginning a fitness program to ensure you are healthy enough for exercise.
